Check it out here: handy100.com There are a few minor things I want to change, I will advise when complete. Let me know if there are any issues, I will get it corrected. Unity is Strength!

I want to do 3 State. Have done it several time. Tough ride for sure.

Anyone considering the 3 state 3 mountain ride this year? I plan to ride the century but the 5,500 el. gain is intimidating, may need someone to pull me up Lookout Mt.

Stomper, you stay at it man. I have lost 30 lb's.It has been some hard sacrafices, but well worth it. Never give in, never give up!
